Thank you for your interest in Amy Willey Photography! I am an on location, natural-light photographer in SW Oklahoma. I have been a photographer pretty much my whole life. I have always been the one with a camera in my hand, even before I made it into my business.

It’s not easy starting your own business from the ground up, and so I will tell you right now that my business is a dynamic one, not static. I do make changes to my policies and processes as I see fit - hopefully for the better. I always try to look at things from not only an owner’s viewpoint, but also the client’s, in how I conduct my business.

People often ask me if I pick the locations or if they do. The answer is both! You are welcome to pick the locations you want to use, or you can tell me the general feel you are looking for in your images and I can find them for you. At this point, while I do have backdrops and lighting for studio type portraits, I do not have my own dedicated studio and prefer to do outdoor work. I have found that everyone enjoys the experience more when portraits are done outdoors and the overall effect is more relaxed, enjoyable images!

Portrait Sessions

Types of themes for these sessions could be family, children, pet, maternity, senior, engagement, birthday, boudoir, or anything else you can imagine! The photo session includes up to 3 locations and up to 2 hours of shooting time. Outfit changes are no problem! Feel free to make as many of them as you want in the 2-hour period. Ideally, sessions start in early AM (just after sunrise) or evening (2-hours before sunset). A 50% deposit must be paid at the time the appointment is scheduled to reserve your appointment.

Proofing

From your Portrait Session, I will select approximately 20 to 40 images to edit and include for you to view in your on-line password protected proof album.

Proof Peeks: By midnight on day 3 following your session I will make 2-4 of your proofs available for viewing on the Amy Willey Photography Facebook page.

Final Proofs: By midnight one week following your session, all your proofs will be available for viewing in your password-protected proof album at www.AmyWilleyPhotography.com.

Ordering

From your portrait session you will be able to select the images you want to order – you can order a digital copy (with print release), prints, and canvas prints.

All orders are placed online through the proof album. Prints are shipped directly to you. Digitals are emailed directly to you within a few minutes of completing your online order. You are welcome to share your password information with family and friends - and the best part is there is no need to coordinate who wants what picture! When your family and friends sign in to see your proofs they create their own shopping cart and can order their own prints and have them shipped directly to them! Easy!

Availability: Proofs remain on the website for 30 days. At the end of 30 days I take them off the website and put them into forever archive (if you have signed a model release). You are ALWAYS welcome to contact me about ordering more prints. However, there is a $25 fee to bring your images out of archive if it has been longer than 3 months since your portrait session. $25 fee is waived if new print order totals $150 or more.

What You Can Order

Photographer’s Note: Many people are interested in getting their images in digital form. And while I do have digital images available for purchase, I highly recommend that you ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS print your images, whether through my lab, or through a lab of your choice. It is proven through the test of time the only way to preserve your images for generations to come is in printed form on professional paper. Saving your images in digital form only is a sure-fire way to lose them as technology changes and storage forms become obsolete.

Prints: All prints are done through a professional lab and client has choice of Kodak Endura Lustre Paper or Kodak Metallic Paper.

Metal Prints: Create a one-of-a-kind display with your image on metal. A metal print is created by directly infusing the image into an aluminum sheet using a sublimation process. By using both heat and pressure, the image is permanently bonded to the metal. All Metal Prints have rounded corners to provide a finished look.

Gallery Wraps: Display your favorite pictures as the work of art that they are! High quality ink printed canvas images wrapped over a 1.5” stretcher frame with the image extending over the sides, ready to hang without framing. Price includes image printed on canvas using archive quality inks, high quality wood frame, clear-gel coating to protect print.

Digital Images and Discounts

Digital Download with print release starting at just $50* Choose up to 3 digital download images with copyright release for just $50 each; 4-10 images with copyright release for $200 total…each additional image above 10 is $20 each ….max is $400 for ALL edited images.

Referral Credit: Once your first session with Amy Willey Photography is complete you can start earning credit towards products or another session! For every person/family that you refer to Amy Willey Photography you will earn $25 in credit!+ There is no limit to how much you can earn! Just make sure they tell me who referred them so you get the proper credit!

+Referral Credit is only issued when a separate session is held for your referee. You do not receive a referral credit if you hold a repeat session and add in additional family members.

Weddings

My pricing is pretty simple…you get a disk with your images along with a print release! Guests are able to order prints online through a password protected proof page as well!

Includes disk(s) of all usable images + a minimum of 20 professionally edited digital images. Comes with print release. Photographer arrives at the start time of your choice (think “at the hair salon” or “in the bride’s home”) and stays until midnight, or the end of your reception (whichever comes first). $1000*

BONUS! Have your engagement/announcement session with me prior to your big event and receive a $100 credit to be used towards your wedding!

Special Events

Do you have a birthday party, reunion, retirement celebration or any other gathering planned that you want to photograph? Hire me by the hour! 2-hour minimum. Includes a disk(s) of all unedited usable images in jpeg format. $150/hour*

Organization Photos

Do you own a daycare? Do you belong to a Home-School Group? Are you a coach or do you have a child that is on a team? Would you like the members of your Church to have to opportunity to have a professional portrait done for them? I have special pricing for these types of prints. Please contact me for product pricing…and even better there is NO SESSION FEE! FREE

1. A 50% session/event fee is due at the time appointment is booked. Session is not confirmed until deposit is made. Portrait Sessions are fully refundable if appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Wedding/Special Event Session fee is fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days in advance. If you find you have a scheduling conflict, please contact me immediately to reschedule. If rescheduled there is no forfeiture of session fee. The session fee covers the photographer’s talent and time only and does not include any additional prints or product other than listed. Photo locations within 30 miles of Altus, OK are included in the session fee. Beyond 30 miles one way (60 miles round trip) is charged at $0.55/mile for all actual miles.
